An Evening of Entertainment that includes BOTH our newly revamped XMAS SHOW and THE GREAT CARUSO VARIETY SHOW all in one delightful evening.

When the XMAS SHOW curtain opens, we feature singers, tap dancers, actors and musicians doing all the Christmas tunes that make the Holiday Season so special. We give you everything but the snow! THE GREAT CARUSO VARIETY SHOW , this year, we are doing a mini DOO WOP SHOW with songs from our much loved 50's musicals. This is available nowhere but The Great Caruso! And we end it all with a grand Ole, Red, White and Blue, Patriotic musical flourish! We do it all!

The lights stay up in Houston's most beautifully Christmas decorated restaurant and the entertainment continues "While you Dine!". People usually stay about 2 to 2 and a half hours. We do not do a play in December but we do the kind of multi-faceted show that we have done for over twenty nine years in December. It is a little like being in an elegant supper club of the forties.
